3kvp Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 3kvp website accessible at https://3kvp.io, including all subpages, services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "3kvp", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 3kvp platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by 3kvp as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawal processing.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone used as the reference for all platform time-stamps and deadlines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 3kvp service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual bonus or promotion terms. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific bonus or promotion document, the specific document shall take precedence in respect of that bonus or promotion only.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 3kvp Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 3kvp Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 3kvp or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the 3kvp Platform.
• You must be the registered holder of any payment method used to deposit funds into your Account.

3kvp reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money games and place bets on 3kvp, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. The following rules apply to Account registration:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information. All details provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact information — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must notify 3kvp immediately if any registered details change.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
• No transfers. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual.

3kvp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

In order to protect the integrity of the Platform and comply with our anti-money laundering obligations, 3kvp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following conditions apply:

• All Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed. Deposits may be accepted prior to KYC completion, but no funds will be released until verification is confirmed.
• Accepted identity documents include a national identification card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested.
• Where bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are used as deposit methods, 3kvp may cross-reference the registered mobile financial service account holder name against the name on the 3kvp Account.
• 3kvp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time during the Account lifecycle where we have reasonable cause to do so.
• Any Account found to have submitted fraudulent, altered, or otherwise inauthentic identity documents will be permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

6. Deposits

The following terms govern the deposit of funds into your 3kvp Account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the cashier section of your Account.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally credited to your Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the issuing institution.
• 3kvp does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3kvp bears no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• 3kvp reserves the right to reverse any deposit that we have reasonable grounds to believe was made fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Withdrawals

The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your 3kvp Account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is confirmed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice.
• 3kvp aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Actual credit to your payment method may take additional time depending on the payment provider.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your Account balance must have their applicable wagering requirements satisfied before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• 3kvp reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing where such checks are ongoing.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

3kvp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to individual wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount on eligible games.
• Bonuses are credited to your Account as Bonus Funds and are ring-fenced from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable real money.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible Account, household, IP address, or device. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through any means — including the creation of additional Accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
• 3kvp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect a bonus already credited to a Player's Account.
• Any winnings generated using Bonus Funds that were obtained through misrepresentation, exploitation of technical errors, or bonus abuse will be voided and removed from the Player's Account.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

9. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games offered on the 3kvp Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules govern gameplay:

• Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
• All slot, table, and virtual game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are mathematically independent of all previous results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game or slot session, 3kvp's system will complete the round using the last confirmed bet instruction received. Any resulting outcome — win or loss — stands as final.
• Where a technical malfunction affects game integrity, 3kvp reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and to refund the corresponding stakes.

10. Sports Betting

The following specific terms apply to sports betting activity on the 3kvp Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to availability of the relevant market. 3kvp reserves the right to withdraw any market at any time prior to the relevant event commencing.
• Once a bet has been confirmed — and a bet reference number issued — the bet is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is submitted. Latency between a Player's device and the 3kvp server means that in-play odds may move during the submission process; the odds confirmed on the bet receipt are the final odds for that bet.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after less than the minimum required play time stipulated in the individual market rules, all bets on that market will be voided and stakes returned.
• 3kvp applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and represent the maximum amount payable on any single outcome regardless of the stake placed.
• Any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement will be voided, regardless of whether the Player was aware of the result.

11. Responsible Gaming

3kvp is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds. Once a limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

3kvp strictly enforces the 21+ age policy. If we have reason to believe that an Account holder is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. All activity on the Account during the suspension period will be void.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration details.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds using a payment method registered to another person.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3kvp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 3kvp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 3kvp.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players in connection with their use of the 3kvp Platform is governed by the 3kvp Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

3kvp will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing networks. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is strictly necessary to complete the relevant transaction or service delivery, and is governed by those providers' own data protection obligations.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3kvp shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failure, scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account login credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that are subject to change.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 3kvp's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3kvp makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

16. Account Suspension & Termination

3kvp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur.
• The Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The Account holder is or may be under the age of 21.
• A regulatory obligation requires us to do so.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 3kvp's discretion. Where closure is due to inactivity or voluntary Player request, the real-money balance will be returned to the Player following successful KYC verification.

17. Amendments to These Terms

3kvp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date shown in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the 3kvp Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority.

3kvp operates its Platform in English and targets players in Bangladesh. All formal correspondence, complaints, and legal notices must be submitted in English to ensure they can be processed in a timely and accurate manner.
